Picture keeps freezing then jumps or shows random pixels. What is the problem?

@note no picture tube in an LCD TV. What exact make and model is your TV? From as little information as you provide, my first step would be to suggest a T-con board error. Post an image of your display with your question. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide for that
