I replaced the screen and battery and ninth in is happening.I put it on charge for a hours and in tried starting it by holding the home button and the power button Iand nothin then tried starting by just the power button and nothing.both screen and battery r new .no light comes on it doesn't even viberate it does nothing and the screen shows nothing what can I do to fix this any one plz help me.

If bens suggested cleaning does not work you have done something wrong or one of the components you replace is faulty or you shorted something when fixing it

Check your battery connection if you disconnected it. Look for damage on the board by the battery connection that might have been caused by prying up the connector. If you didn't disconnect the battery there is a chance you blew the backlight filter. There is also a chance something could have been knocked off the board while removing the the LCD, Digitizer or Camera flex connector.

Check the charger port for any dust or lint. If there is some, use a toothpick or something equivilant to get the gunk out.
