Need help my PlayBook wont turn on after it got to 0%.

My tablet wontturn on after it got to 0% and i also forgot my BlackBerry ID password, when i try to create a new ID its refusing me. Now i noticed that its not charging. Ive had it for 4 years and ive never even used it.

What can i do?
