Why is my tablet not charging even though it is plugged in?
My tablet is plugged in however it is not charging at all?? The device stays on however it just never fully charges.

If the red LED light is not on when the device is plugged in then your device is not charging. I suggest making sure the issue is not the charger before seeking replacement. Try plugging the charger into the device before plugging into the wall. If you replace your charger and still have the same issue then you may want to consider replacing the device.

Have you tried using a different USB cable. Sometimes the pins inside of the USB micro cable get dirty/stop working and cause charging problems.
