Recently, my tablet has been running slow and is unresponsive at times. I read online that that this could be because of outdated software. How would I go about updating the software of my tablet?

Before you start , make sure your battery is at 45% or above, because the process might drain your battery. Sign into Mommy mode first. At the bottom right of the screen look for the update icon. Tap on it. If you need an update the download will start automatically, then tap on Install. It will go through the process and restart on its own. Don't try to turn your Nabi off when it is updating under any circumstances. If you don't need an update, it will tell you your software is up to date.

I downloaded some apps from play store to my son's nabi tab but most of it didn't show, but bring out sound while show but no sound, I checked online on how to update probably that would be the best, been trying to update its saying server not available check ur network and the WiFi is connected to my phone. Please help. Thanks.

But If my nabitab is stucking on Android logo and dosen't go ahead? What do i do?

You will need to do a factory reset which you can find steps for on YouTube.

I got my daughter a nabi 2 the old ones and I wasn't aware that it was an updated or could not be updated and my daughter is autistic and I can't even explain this to her I was so excited to give it to her just to let her down because I cannot update it so I can't put my new credit card information in it does anybody have a link or does anybody know anything I can do to possibly download Google Play or download some type of upgrade so that my daughter can benefit these applications that are locked due to the era that the Nabi keeps telling me only gives me up until the date of 2009 and my credit card is 2022 does anybody have any answers please help

When you are in parent mode, there is a button "Update", press that and it will tell you if you need an update and install if needed.
