I've tried unplugging for 30 minutes and powering back again but still problem??

Looked like you had it figured out since you had an accepted answer that made us think unplugging resolved the issue.

Did you import the amplifier from a country with a different voltage or Phase from your own?

No I bought the amp from Australia, We have the same power here in my country....
