When i install simcard to the tablet it says no sevice but it can use wifi net work.

hello, can asked on how to repair my i phone 4s theirs is no service in my cellular..ive tried many times of simcard but no sim card installed and no cellular also..

Hi,
Have you proved that the SIM works by installing it in another device? Have you tried a known working SIM card from another device in your tablet? WiFi does not rely on the SIM card to work. Also WiFi might have its' own antenna, (not sure on this as it varies between makers and models).
