Cup setting not working correct.?

I have a Saeco café grande machine, when I make a cup a cofe most of the times the cup is not full for the setting I used , it gives me like 1/2 inc of cofe in the small cup, and sometimes is ok. Any help??. Thanks

I clean and descaling the machine still the same thing .
