So in recent times, my drill has worked properly but this time I feel something is wrong with it because it is reacting very slowly compared to the other times I've used it.

There are a few possible reasons for your drill to be slow, be sure to make sure you are fully compressing the trigger on the drill. If this is not the problem, another solution may be adjusting the clutch knob which has 11 positions.

I tried adjust the clutch knob but I am still getting the fast speed only..I am thinking it might be an internal problem
