My galaxy core battery is not being charged.

Please Help

i had drooped my galaxy core in milk, but i removed the battery immediately, dried the device and put it in rice for about 5 hours..

the only problem i had got after turning it on again is not being charged and when i connect a usb cable to it it's being discharging!.

Can you try to replace the charging connector? Maybe this will start charge the battery.

Hi Moh

I am not sure if the galaxy core have his charging connector on the logic board, but I think it is. The galaxy core 2 have it on the motherboard, so I presume the core will too. It is a soldering job and if you don't know how to do and have the equipment to do it you won't be able. You may find someone near you that fix problems like that and pay them to do it.
