Found my old LG Glimmer phone from Alltel. There are some family pictures and videos (including recently departed relatives) I'd like to save or copy, however the touch screen on it is barely responsive and I can't pull up that media. Any idea how I can access it (since touch screen is 90% unavailable)?
Alternatively, how would I remove the LCD display to replace?

I am not very familiar with your device, but if you can plug your phone into a computer see if you can copy your files from your phone onto your computer. As for the LCD repair you most likely will not be able to repair it very easily if at all due to the phone not being very mainstream.
