Small rectangles on LCD

Hi to all. Today I disassembled my iPhone 5. After work, I turn on the iPhone and a small rectangles appear on the LCD. Even replacing the LCD always appear small rectangles. How can I fix it?

Try cleaning the connectors with 99% alcohol and a micro fiber cloth. The screen could also be bad. Have you seen the same problem with the old screen?

Okay i try to clean.. Yes, i've see rectangles with all new and old lcd.

Nothing... I've tryed to clean connectors with alcohol and micro fiber cloth and rectangles appears again.. ( excuse me for bad language but i'm Italian)
