From a quick search of the HP forums, this error message seems to be fairly common.

Resetting the system might fix your problem. Try this: Press and hold the OK, Cancel, Black, and Color buttons all at once. Then shut off the printer. Keep holding all the buttons down until shut off is complete. Others on the HP forum who experienced the same error message noted that running through this twice will force the machine to recalibrate.

As written in Hp Photosmart 3210 Manual the this error code is simply fixed by reset. To reset the printer: 1- Unplug the USB cable from the printer. 2- Press the On/Off button to turn off the printer, unplug the power lead from the printer, press and hold both the "OK" button and the "HELP" button, then plug in the power lead, wait a few seconds and release the two buttons, then press the "On" button
