Bios or CMOS or Motherboard battery replacement
How do you replace a BIOS /CMOS or Motherboard battery?
I have to change the date and time every times I turn the laptop off.
Introduced in 2003, the Dell Inspiron 5100 is identified by the model number PP07L.
Hello Duc Vu
In my opinion the CMOS battery might be low on power you need to open your laptop and put a new one that is what is causing it to do that....
You can also change the time in the BIOS to enter the bios went starting your laptop Press Del or F2 or F1 to go to bios from there at the start of the bios u shoud see the date time and year with you can change it manualy went you are finish doing that Press F10 to save and exit
HOPE THIS SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM :D
