Replaced broken screen, there are dead spots but happens randomly.

I replaced my broken screen easily enough, but even when plugged in there are glitchy spots. It won't let me press the T or 4 button on the keyboard or it will push E or T instead. Sometimes it'll be fine and then others it won't work. It also happens when changing the brightness from the command center or it won't let me fully slide when powering off.

I also tried cleaning the connectors with Isopropyl Alcohol thinking it could be oils from my fingers if I accidentally touched them and still didn't fix it.

Is this a faulty screen or a software problem? Any suggestions on fixing it or things I haven't tried yet?
