How do I fix my phones service antenna?

I'll admit I have dropped my phone a couple of times, but I dropped my phone here recently and now I can receive texts messages and make phone calls perfectly along with perfect data connection but my phone makes me send the same message 10x and the receiver may only receive the message once. How can I fix my phone to where it allows me to send messages with no problem again?
