Phone Signal - signal continues to drop

I have had my phone for 1 year now and treat it with love. As of 4 days ago I cannot get phone signal in most areas especially at work which was not the case before. I have co-workers with both the same phone and carrier who do not have any issues at all. I have already tried every troubleshooting technique possible and even done a factory reset. What could this be?
