Note 4 with different screen connectors

I have been doing repairs for over 5 years so I'm not accustomed to being stumped but I took in a Note 4 that's displays the N9100 under the settings and has the N910 on the back of the screen but the screen that came out of the phone has completely different connections than the replacement I ordered. It has alligator clips instead of snap in connectors like the normal Note 4 screens. It has 2 ribbon cables instead of all the regular Note 4 connections. Any help at all is very much appreciated!
