screen stuck on BLU opening and stays that way without turning on

my phone is stuck on the white opening screen and does not turn on

just goes back from Off to BLU Bold like us screen

please help

my phone is a week old

Try to hard reset your phone, using the first method shown. Here is a link to show you how to do it. Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data.
