Why is bass speaker not working yet the sate-light speakers are Ok

Hi,

I have a problem with this system, the five sate-light speakers are working, but the bass is not working.what could be the problem?

Hi,

Have you connected the powered sub woofer to the centre unit with the supplied cable? Have you connected the power supply to the centre unit and the powered sub woofer? Is the green power light ON on the sub woofer?

Here is a link to the user manual. Scroll to p.15 to see the connections for the sub woofer.
