Hi,

According to the info in this link (as long a your model is in the group Professional Ranges Models: PDR30/36/48…PRG30/36/48 - you don't state your model number) an error code E9 indicates a problem with the cooling fans.

Unfortunately, since you don't state your model number, I can't advise how to start the self cleaning function as the instructions are contained in the User guide for your model. Apparently there are different procedures for different models. Look up your user guide or download it from here
