Why cant I connect online
my phone says cant connect yet says is connected what is wrong

Hi,
Have you checked that your data connection is ON?
From the Home screen, press MENU , and then tap Settings > Wireless & networks.
Select the Mobile network check box to turn on the data connection; clear the check box to turn off the data connection.
