the phone being a dual phone doesn't mean TWO sims are require for it be be fully operational.. you can put either one sim or two. it is completely your decision to make..
but remember that it is the SIM one slot that support HSDPA (3G) so i recommend if using one sim.. that sim should on in slot one..
