My tablet doesnt want to charge

well I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 7in , and refurbished. I've had it since May and its been working fine , till now. I have been trying too charge it but it still doesn't. On the lock screen even with the charger plugged in, it says "connect your charger". I have tried several different chargers and it still doesnt want to charge. I need help.
