How to install a custom rom with sd card method?

i have install hardspl .072 olinex i am trying to install a custom rom renamed as kovsimg.img but whenever i want to install via sd card it always showing loading bar which can't comlete a percent after 1-1:30 hours.. its in tri color mode and nothing else. what should i do?? pls enclose the rom link if u refer..
