1 What do I need to do if the device does nothing?
My device is is not responding to anything. What do I need to do?

First, you should verify the power adapter is providing power to the sound dock. If there is power, then you may want to inspect the power jack for broken pins causing a loose/faulting connection. if still no fault there, it is possible to have a faulty mother board.
