解決済み: Can not get it to come on after powering off. - Verizon Tablet

Can not get it to come on after powering off.

I use my Ellipsis 7 on a daily basis. However after powering it off last evening; I cannot get it to come on, even after plugging in power cord and letting it sit for more than a hour. What could cause this problem? By the way I am the only person that uses this device.

Hi,

Does the tablet charge when you connect the charger and switch the power ON?

If so let it charge until it is fully charged, disconnect the charger, then perform a hard reset which will restore your tablet to its original factory settings.

Here is a link which explains how to do a hard reset for your tab.

Be aware of the warning notice in the middle of the page regarding what happens when you perform a hard reset.
