I have an Alcatel One Touch Idol three the screen is cracked, the display still works but the touch input no longer works. Could you tell me if I need to replace the LCD and the glass panel or if I only have to replace the glass panel. I have had difficulties finding the part on the internet. Any help on finding or and replacing this would be helpful.

you will need to replace everything including the diplay because the Glass and the digitizer are fused together they sit above the lcd display and it is impossible to remove them withought destroying the display.

Where would you buy the parts to fix the screen and all because mine does the same thing want to fix the phone

did you manage to seperate the lcd from the digitizer without damaging the LCD?
I had the same issue and bought a similar part but this is useless as it is not easily possible to separate the touch screen from the LCD without breaking it. Some people have done it using specific thermal gear but it looks extremely tricky. I ended up buying the full combo (screen + lcd) from aliexpress. I have alcatel idol 3 and i tried to open watsapp and it didnt open and i tried to restart the phone it is just restarting but not taking me to the main screen. I dont want to loose the data , photos and videos ..Is there anyway someone can help me fix it? From quite a few days it is warning me that there is no space please clean it...Is it becoz of full memory?

you may find moving stuff (pictures, music and videos) to a SD card frees up some space. I use SanDisk Memory Zone and also move some apps to SD card with App Manager Pro III. Both are from Google Play Store and they free quite a lot of internal memory. If these apps won't load, you may need to uninstall apps to make room, and then if successful, re-install them

My Alcatel one touch idol 4.7, fell from my hand and the screen got cracked, part of the screen is no more sensitive. How do I get a new screen?. I live in Nigeria
