recently downloaded windows 10 when turn on automatic repair comes on

recently downloaded windows 10 and when i turn my laptop on it starts off with preparing automatic repair than says diagnosing your PC THAN IT SAYS YOUR COMPUTER DID NOT START CORRECTLY IT WONT DO ANYTHING ELSE, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP,

Others with the same problem have tried turning on DEP in BIOS.

Do not know if you have this in your BIOS as cannot find BIOS setting details for your model. You may have to look for it, if it is there at all.

Also officially Dell does not support Win10 for your model
