brake lights dont stay on

i have a 98 chevy k1500 and the brake lights go on when i tap the brake pedal but as soon as i press on the pedal hard the brake lights turn off. My brake light on the dash comes on sometimes and i also have a spongy pedal

i have replaced bulbs fuses brake switch brake booster master cylinder and still no change. any help or leads would be greatly appreciated

You bled the brakes properly after you installed the brake booster? You checked your wheel cylinders to make sure they work? You checked the brake calipers for any leakage? You checked your brake hoses to make sure they are not collapsed? For the brake light, you checked the brake light switch?
