Why does my Zeki tablet not turn on with out a charger?
Looked in the settings and it says that the battery is 100% charged. What do you think the problem is?

Try to reboot your device. Switch it off and do not use for 10 minutes, this process will refresh the software which is installed on your device. After that switch it on again. If it doesn't work, it might be the problem of the OS. You have to connect it to you PC and repair the OS.
If it still doesn't work, maybe the battery is dead. You have to replace your battery.

You could also try to cycle the battery and revive it. Turn the tablet on and let it die completely. Then charge it completely with the device off. Repeat this and you should get longer cycles after several iterations.

Hi, What happens when you connect the charger? Do you get any indications that it is charging? If so let it charge for a while then try turning it on. If nothing happens when you connect the charger, read the warranty notice in the user guide to find out what you need to do regarding making a warranty service for a faulty device.
