When I installed a screen on D800 lg g2 everything worked no dead spots, color, and brightness was all good it looked to be a success. until I turned the screen off and back on .it display colored horizontal lines. I thought it was a bad screen so I powered it off and back and it worked till I turned the screen off again any help

Take the back phone cover off, detach and reset the top left flex cable, and the bottom two located just above the charging port. This is common when the flex cables are seated improperly.
