Repair China watches, analog arrows not working (a seconds arrow)

Hi all! I have that broken watches WEIDE WH-1101. The seconds arrow stops when it clings to the minut arrow. Also, if i will make the watches rotation - the seconds arrow does not stay in the watches mechanism and rotate freely. The Minut arrow and the hour arrow is working fine.

If i open back cover i can see and change two battery, but i cant see any others screw.

What is mechanism is in it? How can i repair it?

PS: cost is too small, it just my sport interest.

You need to remove the whole movement to get access to the face of the watch. The problem is that the seconds hand is loose and not parallel to the other hands, so it collides with the other hands. If you can get the movement out (google for how to do it), then you may be able to gentle remove the second hand, squeeze it very lightly so that it will be tighter on the seconds hand drive shaft, and then put it back on the face of the watch, and then re-install.

NOTE: this isn't easy, and you may make the watch more likely to leak if used during washing/swimming/diving. But it's quite satisfying to fix something like this.

Thank you for answer! Sorry for my english, i think i did not accurately describe the problem. The Seconds arrow does not stay in the watches mechanism and rotate freely (see video), and i think that the problem in the gear wheel on which are established the Seconds arrow. Perhaps gear dropped from its axis, and i need just push back it (from the inner side of the mechanism). All the problem is that Google does not find the technical manual dismantling of any China's watches mechanism, and i cant see any screws after i open watches and remove two batteries.

The best you can do is to try to find the unlocking ring, usually plastic, that allows you to take the movement out (twist, then remove). The movements are usually low-end Japanese quartz movements; you can either disassemble and attempt to fix, or replace the movement. The seconds gear will be behind the face of the watch; use the "plastic bag trick" to cover the face and hands and pry up on the hands to remove them, and then remove the face.
