I am replacing the digitizer on my ipad 2. On the tutorials it states there are 4 different models. cdma, gsm, emc2415 and emc, 2560. are all of the digitizers the same for all of these models or does it have to be specific.

As far as I know, all iPad 2 digitizers are compatible with one another. I've never had to buy one by model number.

Indeed, when it comes to the front panel of the iPad 2, it's one model fits all.
Not true, make sure what chipset you have, either you have the A5 chip or the A5X chip. They are completely different on the inside and different flex cable for all the components including the digitizer and lcd screen, the logic board is different also.

Not true! They have different type? Depending on what chip it has. If you have the A5 chip or the A5X chip make sure you know which one you have. A5 and A5X are completely different internal and are not compatible
