bios boot options showing nothing

Hi All

I have a Asus k550D Laptop and i

Tryed to load a program through a usb device and i has wiped the my other bootable devices from the boot tab in the bios.

When i turn the computer on it just go straight to the bios options and does'nt list bootable drives.

Any ides on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
