3 LCD Lines down screen after replacement

Hi guys I changed my iPhone 5 screen and it works fine apart from these few lines of pixels. Any ideas? Also the home button doesn't work and I've tried 3 different home buttons / ribbons.

Try reattaching the screen make sure all the connections are clean. as far as the home button make sure you still have the 2 copper pins in the phone where the home button rests
