need replace broken iget blackview v3 display

hi, i would like to know if its possible buy substitute display for my iget blackview v3, its cheap Chinese smartphone and i bought it 3 weeks ago its completely new, but few days ago my phone accidentally fall to ground and display is cracked from inside and upper half of display is completely black, i have found articles about replacing but i cant find any substitute display for my phone, its only for Samsung iphone or htc one... so its possible use this displays for my phone ? or is there any part shop for cheap phones as mine.
