Why not start the hipstreet W8?

Hello:

Buy 1 hipstreet W8 with Windows 8.1 and Office 365 in Amazon Mexico.

I have problems: the load during 4 hours had problems to turn on, you've set up the initial data to Windows.

The turn off and turn it on only sees the light but does not display anything on the screen.

What buttons do i press to apply the reset?
