The screen constantly flickers

I was using my tablet last night and the screen started to flicker to the point I couldn't see anything. I turned it off and as soon as it came back on, it started flickering again. I can't do anything at all. I even tried the hard reset and its still doing it. I had done a factory reset earlier that day.
