My phone is on the flight mode ...doesnt exit please help me.
the flight mode does not want to exit and me phone cant be switched on and I am stuck without a phone , how do we trust this nokia if ever we cannot find solutions to our problem, and right after my guarantee is due , it started this, please help

lilly, first tell us what you have tried to fix it.

You will know by now that there is no real solution. Some have been solved by devise recovery tool but most did nothing. Stupid suggestions (in good raith I believe) restar, format, reinstall, try other SIM etc we all tried before apply to forums. Final solution: buy a new cheap phone. NO Nokia, NO Windows and keep Lumia for fb or youtube at home.
