What could I do to fix my tab 3 10.1 power button so it would turn on?

How do you know it is charging?
When you try to turn it on, does anything happen?

Hello.I've got perhaps the same problem. My tab is charging I see the picture battery moving but I can't power on. Do you think it's my battery or the connect charging? Thanks
