Consistent leak creating brown spots on driveway

Noticed leak after moving to a new location. Brown spots started showing up every place I parked in the driveway. I set a piece of cardboard underneath the engine to identify where the leak was coming from and what it was, it seems to be coming from the oil filter but I'm not positive as there are multiple brown spots on the cardboard. The consistency of the brown fluid is a little more watery than normal oil. Not sure what to make of it but I'm hoping it's not a huge problem.
