Is the black tape covering the grounding finger necessary?
I fixed my lock screen button and I forgot to put back the black tape covering the grounding finger near the rear camera. Is it necessary? I've been using it for hours and nothing really bad is happening to it except that I feel a little paranoid that it easily gets hot, especially near the rear camera. Should I bother to put the tape back or not? Thank you! :)
It should be fine without the tape.
