PS4 not turning on
We plug it in the out let and it still won't turn on we think is the power wire that's messed up but not sure

OK. Thanks for providing more info. There is no way for me to know for sure without seeing it in person but it's likely that you need a new power supply.
You should check to be sure that the power button is not misaligned or anything. If it looks good then you likely need a new power supply.
Also check to be sure your power cable is fully inserted into the console and the wall outlet as well.

Since you checked the cables (and I'm assuming that the power button is aligned correctly) it is likely a problem with your power supply. I can't say for sure, but that is what I suspect.

No lights or beeps sounds like a bum PSU, change it out. If you got another ps4 laying around (make sure it's the same model, as the 10xx are 5 pin and the 11xx are 4 pin).
This was the issue with two similar problem ps4s I've dealt with

I can help you with your question but I need a little more info...
1) Do any lights come on at all?
2) Do you hear it beep?
3) Does it turn on then turn right back off?

Nope no lights turn on no beeping noise nothin happens wen I plug it in or try turning it on

Well I have a PS3 and s ps4 n the cables are the same I try both cables on the PS3 n it works I try both cables on the ps4 n it dnt work
