My phone bootloops ever since there was a latest update to lollipop.
My phone is practically bricked and all because I updated to the latest version of android, lollipop 5.0.1.
I want to mention that it was also having Samsung Knox installed. I think this is the main reason for the phone crash.
I noticed one day that all my apps were self-closing and things worsened and even the operating system started to self-close. All !&&* broke loose!
Went to Samsung Service center and they say, my phone is rooted, which I think is incorrect. I haven't opened the back cover ever since I bought the phone. They are suggesting a replacement of the motherboard to rectify this problem.
How can I spend so much money, given a chance I can buy a brand new one?
Why should I scrap my S4 if it had served me well for almost 16 months.
How can it be a hardware issue when actually the software crashed?
If the software crashed, why is it so hard for me to solve the issue all by my own.
HELP!!!!!
