Why has my keyboard on my acer laptop stop working?

1) restart the laptop and check if the fault remaining same check with external keyboard whether fault coming from I/Os or keyboard. if external keyboard works,
2) check the flex cable of keyboard and re-fix
3) if fault remaining same you may have to replace a new keyboard
