Your machine uses a Serial ATA standard 2.5" hard drive. The largest drive I found that would work for you is 640 GB: [リンクされた製品が存在しない、もしくは無効: IF107-086]

Now that 1TB HDs with 9mm height are available, you can also upgrade the internal HD to 1 Terabyte. I just finished it and it works fine :)

The Western Digital Scorpio Blue (WD10TPVT) 1TB fits. Its has a12.5 mm height and I have one installed in the upper bay. Its snug but works fine.
