Why is my device so slow?
My device is fairly new and yet it is running really slow. I have closed out of all the active apps but it is not helping. What can I do to fix it?

Your tablet could have contracted a virus. An anti-malware program can be downloaded to detect if your device has a virus. If it finds a virus, then the program will give a procedure to fix it. If this doesn’t help, then googling the particular virus will likely provide information for further action.

Also consider that you might have too many shortcuts&widgets on your main screen. You can always delete shortcuts and widgets that you really don't use. Battery Doctor is good app for cleaning and shutting down programs running in the background too.
