Bricked Kindle Fire HD 2013

I installed KFU as my kindle was in reboot mode, So it now does not even turn on. I bought a logic board assuming it would fix the issue, however it still does not turn on. Is the the boot software on the logic board?

Am I approaching the the wrong way?

Any Help woul be great!
