test print mostly blank after Cartridge Cradle not moving error

Had the cartridge cradle not moving error. Followed steps on HP's site to reset printer. After a few times, I was able to do a test print but only a few lines printed. I also tried printing a word doc and the 1st page was blank. The 2nd printed but had some lines missing.
